    Forme Pilates Terms & Conditions

    Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly. By attending Forme Pilates, you agree to our waiver and the terms and conditions set out on Forme Pilates website www.formepilates.com.au

    STUDIO POLICY

    • A maximum of 10 clients can attend a group Mat Pilates class. A maximum of 3 clients can attend a Reformer Pilates class

    • Group classes run for a total of 45 minutes.

    • As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class.

    • Please let your instructor know prior to the class commencing if you have any injuries, concerns, or are pregnant.

    • You must be at least 18 years of age to attend group classes. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations or rescheduling group Mat classes must be done at least 4 hours prior to the class start time.

    • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for Reformer and private sessions. If you fail to cancel within this time, the full amount for the class session will be required to be paid.

    • Forme Pialtes may cancel a class at any time and for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance.

    • Group Mat Pilates classes require a minimum of 3 clients to run. If this is the case up to 2 hours before the class starts, unfortunately the class will be cancelled. Forme Pilates will contact you via phone or email. You will not be charged and your session will be refunded.

    NO-SHOW POLICY

    • If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling you will lose your session space.

    PURCHASES

    • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. No refunds will be provided.

    • No extensions are permitted to the specified expiry period.

    BOOKINGS

    • Class bookings are essential and must be made through our website or direct message.

    • Bookings can be made 30 days in advance.

    • If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.

    • Sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class. If someone other than the person booked in arrives to use the session, they will be turned away or asked to purchase their own session.

    PREGNANT CLIENTS

    • Forme Pilates can accommodate pregnant clients.

    • PERSONAL AGREEMENT

    I agree that Forme Pilates will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Forme Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused my negligence or otherwise.

  • Waiver

    1. By attending Forme Pilates and participating in classes, you will be performing physical activity and exercise which has an inherent risk of personal injury. Participating in Classes is undertaken at your own risk.

    2. You must inform the instructors if there are any risks to your health by participating in Class, including in a Class, such as if you have a pre-existing injury, illness, muscle soreness/discomfort or are pregnant, prior to commencement. Participating in any form of exercise at Forme Pilates with a Medical Condition is done entirely at your own risk.

    3. You acknowledge that your participation in any from or exercise at our studios may involve risks, including risk of personal injury.

    4. Forme Pilates team members are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether clients are in good physical condition and/or that clients can engage in exercise without detriment to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Clients are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program if they are in any doubt about their ability to engage in exercise.

    5. By participating in our classes, you agree that our liability in relation to recreational services for any death, physical or mental injury (including aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any such injury), the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease, the coming into existence, aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to you or the community, or that may result in harm or disadvantage to you or the community, that may be suffered by you as a result of the supply of recreational services by Forme Pilates is hereby excluded

    6. You acknowledge that our instructors may use tactile cueing and adjustment methods, or make physical contact with you for correction purposes in order to ensure that Pilates practice is undertaken in accordance with Forme Pilates best practice.

    7. Pregnant Clients: Forme Pilates can accommodate pregnant clients in all classes unless you are experiencing complications in your pregnancy. We also recommend you transition to the pre & post-natal classes after 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you are new to Pilates or fitness, we highly recommend clearance from your doctor, women’s health physio to participate in classes.
