Mat Pilates uses your body weight on a mat, while Reformer Pilates is performed on a specialised reformer machine using adjustable springs for resistance. The reformer provides greater support, variety and progression, making it suitable for beginners through to advanced members.

For your first class, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, meet your instructor and become familiar with the reformer before class begins.
Yes. All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. This ensures your reformer is reserved and helps us maintain class sizes.
Yes! Members enjoy 24/7 access to the studio, giving you the flexibility to train whenever it suits your lifestyle. Instructor-led classes run throughout the day, with additional access available outside class times for eligible memberships.
Yes. Our recovery space includes an infrared sauna and cold plunge, designed to help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation and support overall wellbeing. Recovery services can be booked separately or included with selected memberships.
Yes. Memberships can be suspended or cancelled in accordance with our Membership Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our policies or contact us if you have any questions.
Yes. Members have access to modern change facilities so you can comfortably fit your workout into your day.
Yes. Free parking is available on-site, making it easy to access the studio.
Please let your instructor know before class. In many cases, exercises can be modified to suit your needs, however we recommend obtaining medical clearance if you have an injury, are pregnant or have any health concerns.
Yes. We offer casual class passes as well as memberships, so you can choose the option that best suits your lifestyle.
Yes. We offer a supervised crèche during selected morning hours, so parents can enjoy their workout with peace of mind. Bookings are essential as places are limited.
Classes can be cancelled through your member account up to the cancellation window outlined in our Membership Terms & Conditions. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to attend.
