Our Classes

Mat Pilates Class

45 minute all body workout suitable for all fitness levels. The Class is focused on strength and mobility training in a friendly and welcoming enviroment. Classes are small with 10 people Max so you get the support you need.

Bookings are required to secure a spot.

Reformer Pilates Class

Low impact strength based training. The class combines the traditional principals of Mat Pilates with a reformer bed in a fun 45 minute session. Classes are small and supportive with 3 people max.

Private lessons and Retreats
